leave it alone...it will go away on its own.
My boys had it so bad, but it just went away.

yes, it is very common...my PEd said it was the hormones from me still in them...a few weeks it went away on its own.

I just took my DD to the doctor yesterday for the same thing. But with her it looked like baby acne but started to get worse. The Doctor said it looked like an excema-type thing and told me to put aquafor on it...she said we should bathe her less often too.
DD had perfectly clear skin up until this point.
I think if it were baby acne it would be there more from the beginning when your hormones are still in the baby the most....
