baby acne or is it a rash?
Kailey is 6+ weeks old and her ped said at her visit that this is the peak time for acne.
Of course her skin was flawless at the visit last Sat.
But since thurs there has been a rash behind her neck. And today there were some red bumps/pimples on her upper chest.
Is it a rash or allergy?

sounds like a heat rash to me.
My Ped always said that it was ok if you push on it lightly and it disappears for a sec.

That is what someone at DH job said too.
Does it normally last a few days?
I don't dress her in much. Onesees mostly and she sleeps in a onsees and miracl blanket (sometimes no onsee at all).
When she wakes I'll push on it.

My DS gets them all the time. Even when he is dressed light. Just his face on the crib sheet can do it. And it can last a few days. I always put aquafor on it and that makes it go away by the next day usually
ETA. the miracle blanket was a sure thing for heat rashes for my DS.

It has gotten warmer...it's on the 80s.
Good lord I am going to be a mess when she really gets sick, if I am worrying now.
