It seems like when I carry Kay in this she is banging her head against me. I worry b/c she is banging the bony area above my chest and I dont want her to hurt herself. Am I wearing the carrier wrong or is she just moving too much in it?

It should fit her pretty snugly. Do you have the bottom part ajusted to her length? Also, how old is she and how much does she weigh? If she is under a certain weight, you have to put on the leg hooks.
