Baby Carriers
Besides the Baby Bjorn (which I just returned, I found it too complicated), what carrier does everyone like the best? Ease of use, comfort, back support, etc...

Re: Baby Carriers
I have 2 Ella Roo Wraps which I LOVE. It is more versitile than a Baby Bjorn. Can be used longer than the BB and puts less strain on your neck than a traditional front carrier.

Re: Baby Carriers
I have a snugli which I like because the baby can be worn on your back. Roman uses the hip hammock also and liked the sling but only when he was first born.

I just looked this up and looks so complicated to put on... are they front and back carriers?
MrsBumbleB, which snugli do you like? hip hammock/sling, are they the same thing?

Its like a long piece of fabric. SO easy to put on. You can wear baby front, back, hip, facing out facing it... so versitile

Re: Baby Carriers
I have the hip hammock. It's supposted to take all the stress off your back and neck and shift it to your hip, but if you have a heavy baby...you still feel the strain in your neck.

I know you said you returned your bjorn, but we could not live without it, I love it, we also have a sling - which I use to feed Micheal, not so much anymore, but I think you can use it on your hip too - havent tryed yet. http://www.kangarookorner.com/k_shop_pouches_custom.shtml

Re: Baby Carriers
I had the Snugli and it was great until Christopher got heavier. I don't know why, but it became extrememly uncomfortable once he got older. I'm going to spend the extra money on the Bjorn for this baby.
