Baby Congestion
Any tricks for how to alleviate the mucus DD has backed up in her throat? I've tried steaming her out and the aspirator - anything else?

Re: Baby Congestion
My pedi told me to use saline nose drops with my DS. It seems to help a little with his congestion issues....

same here.

Re: Baby Congestion
DS is the same way... I use the saline spray (better than the drops). I also have the Graco battery aspirator, use the humidifier, Vicks plug ins and I elevate his head. All together is seems to work. Someone also suggested add a little water in his formula so he's not as phlemy. I haven't but just a suggestion

Re: Baby Congestion
Thanks everyone for the suggestions - I bought the saline spray and am going to try it before our last feeding of the night. I'm sure she's going to hate it!
