Baby food containing egg whites
What age is appropriate? Doctor said not to offer egg whites a few weeks ago. So DH had bought something that had egg whites as an ingredient and it's sitting in the pantry. Just curious when we can give it to her.

I'm pretty sure you can do egg whites at a year.
TBH, I never read labels though
