Baby food maker recommendation

I want to get my friend a baby food maker for christmas. It's on her wish list. Can you recommend a nice affordable one?

I have the beaba cook from williams sonoma. Its $$$ though. I got it as a gift and it is useful, but Im not sure it is worth the money.

What if you made her a nice basket that had a book of baby food recipes, a steam basket, a food mill (they sell small ones in Babies R us that are inexpensive) and the kidco foodcube trays for her to freeze the food (these are $10 for a 2 trays).
