baby furniture question
i found my dream furniture this weekend..online..but then walked into the store and actually saw it displayed..my mother and i were POURING over it, literally..until..i tried opening the drawers to the other pieces..and noticed they are NOT on gliders..they were SOOO hard to open! its 2008!!! And it was one of the most expensive sets ive picked out!! How did the company (Creations) NOT have gliders?!?!?!?!?!?!!?
Ugh this makes me feel like im trying to open my sisters dresser from 1982 trying to steal her legwarmers or something they are SOOOOOOOOO outdated!
so my question..sorry i had to vent...
Can gliders be added?!?! Like by us..i dont think the company or the store would do it (i complained briefly about them to the salesperson and he didnt seem to add any ray of light for me lol) Is there a way at home depot or soemthing to do this? Has ANYONE done this before??? HELP ;)

Re: baby furniture question
Is it possible they just didnt put them in because it was a display?
I would call the company and ask.

Re: baby furniture question
I have no clue. However, if they can't, as much as it stinks, you may be better off finding another set. Quality was really important to DH and me so we poured over each piece of furniture we looked at. We even went back to the stores numerous times to investigate other pieces that we realized wouldn't work.

Re: baby furniture question
I think you are better off finding another set, if it's that expensive you can definitely find better quality sets elsewhere!
