LOVE mine. I have not one complaint about. It is easy to fold, maneuver, travel with, huge sunshade, GREAT ALL AROUND!!

I also love mine---great on our bumpy sidewalks, great sunshade, easy to fold, easy to push----my only complaint is the basket isn't huge, but its not terrible.

We love ours too. Now that our DD is too big to remain in the snap n go for extended periods of time we have moved over to the citi mini and we couldn't be happier. As the previous posters stated, we also love love love the huge sun shade, the easy fold, the light weight, and the fact that it reclines fully so she can sleep comfortably. The price (when compared to many other strollers/systems) was a total bonus.

Can you actually jog with it? (dumb question I know!) and can you steer and push with one hand?

I've heard its NOT a jogger (so I wouldn't say its a stupid question--because of the name!!!)
I like to walk/kinda like power walk, but not really jog
my major wants are: not bulky/heavy and that the stroller moves/rolls well (sidewalks, parks etc)

The regular by jogger strollers are jogging strollers. The Citi Mini is NOT. I LOVE mine so easy to use & fold!!!

I have the classic, not the mini. I don't see why you couldn't jog with it. You can either have the front wheel free to swivel or lock it in place. Just lock it while running.

I have the mini, and I love it. It is not a jogger, but it is a smooth ride, and great for long walks. Also lightweight and very easy to fold up.
The only minus to me is that it is kind of big to take in stores or crowded places, but I have managed. If it bugs you, you could get a cheap umbrella stroller.
I can steer with one hand.
