Baby Matthew is here!!! Pics in album.......
Hi ladies, I am just logging in really quickly. We just got home earlier today...........Matthew Robert was born at 12:03AM on his DUE DATE 12/30 at LIJ. 7 lbs 8 oz. He has a full head of blonde hair and gorgeous blue eyes.
If anyone remembers, I was really frustrated on 12/29. Saw my doctor earlier that day, no dilation at all. Got home and started having cramping and pooping, but wasn't "sure" it wasn't some leftovers I ate for lunch. From 1PM on though it got worse and we determined I was most likely in labor. Got to LIJ aroud 8:30PM and I was 6CM dilated.
I got an epidural right away and it was amazing...........NO PAIN!!!!! The rest of the birth went pretty quickly as he was born a few hours later at 12:03AM.
I will definitely post pictures a little bit later. I just wanted to thank everyone for being so supportive over the past 9 months. Best of luck to you all with your continued pregnancies!!!
