Baby not kicking as much today. UPDATE at bottom
Could it be because of the cold? Who knows? It seems as though she kicked consistently the past 2 days but I still feel subtle kicks. I am 31 weeks.
Thoughts?

Baby not kicking as much today
Some days my baby kicks and moves a lot some days she doesn't...I wouldn't worry they do sleep a lot.

I thought less movement is an issue. I think I may have felt one right now. Just not a big kick, but something.

If you are noticing a big difference in movement, I would just call your doctor for peace of mind.

Try laying on your side, drink cold water or some oj.

Towards the end you don't feel them as much bc they have less room to move. Try drinking on or eating a piece of choc, lay on your right side and you should feel them.
If you really don't feel them i would call your dr

Feeling a few now as I sit at my desk. At 29 weeks she weighed 3lbs 1 oz.

I def feel the baby more after some OJ, or tea or something sweet
if you are concerned call your doc or talk at your next apt

If you are feeling significantly less movement give your doctor a call. I noticed around 30 weeks the movements started to feel different- I think it is bc the baby has less room to move around. If you can- lay down on your left side and relax-this will often encourage movement. My OB told me all movements count so not every movement has to be very strong.

I'd call your doctor if you feel less movement. With my first baby I had gestational diabetes and was high risk and at 36 weeks felt very little movement and called doctor and 2 hours later had emergency c section since his heart rate was dipping and they found the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck 3 times. Thank god I went to the hospital and he was fine.

Went for ultrasound. Hearbeat was good, felt subtle kicks. We saw the fingers moving on the ultrasound.
