Boil them and then butter them up with some salt pepper and garlic.
Roasted them in the oven. cut them, coat them with garlic salt, pepper and olive oil. Cooked them for an 1hr in the oven so they can get nice and crisoy on the outside.

Re: Baby Red potatoes--what should I do with them?
toss them with a ton of chopped fresh garlic, ground black pepper and salt. maybe add some sliced onions and carrots
roast at 425 until perfectly crisped and delicious.

depends on how big they are and how you want them.
the smaller they are, the faster they'll roast/crisp up.
if they're say, the size of an average meatball, I'd cut them in fours. hth

I'd vote for warm Burmese potato salad.. but my second choice would be any of the above.. yum!
I also like to make wedges, season with sea salt, olive oil and a little rosemary and roast them until crisp and tender.

all I use when I cook is sea salt.
I don't think we even have table salt in my house
I agree with rosemary too. though I usually reserve rosemary usage for the fall/winter.
but yeah, yum.
and if you have leftovers, slice them up with some sauteed onions and peppers, salt, pepper and paprika and make home fries for breakfast

I usually use coarse (kosher) salt. Never cook with table salt. The sea salt is saltier for sure. I have to measure differently.

I use Kosher for almost everything too! I only use table salt on the table!

Re: Baby Red potatoes--what should I do with them?
I've been making these quite a bit.
I either mash them (with skins). Cut in quarters, then boil, then mash with some margarine, pepper and milk.
Or
Cut in quarters, lightly cover in olive oil, sprinkle salt, and rosemary onto them. Enclose them completely in foil. Put on bbq for about 20-30 minutes. They come out so soft and crispy at the same time, well cooked and oh so delicious!!!
