Baby Shower Favor Ideas
Ladies who had their showers or who are involved in planning. Can you share what your favors were or what some ideas are for favors? Thanks so much.

Re: Baby Shower Favor Ideas
I wanted to do something practical for my sister's shower. Her theme is going to be "Cute as a Button". I found these coasters where you can put pictures in the middl eof them. We are going to replace the paper with the saying that the company has and put:
-----'s Shower 1/1/07 Cute as a button with a picture of a button from the computer. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Baby Shower Favor Ideas
My shower was this past weekend. I have to download the pictures but my Mom and sister made adorable cookies shaped like onesies. They were pink and blue and said different things on them. Some just said BABY, others said Jessica's shower etc. They had looked into buying them but my mom is pretty crafty so she wanted to make them.
On the back, there was a sticker that closed the bag that said something along the lines of "a donation has been made in Jessica's name in honor of this day to the cytsic fibrosis foundation, a cause very near to her heart" I lost my best friend to cystic fibrosis this past june so it was very nice of them to do that.
I don't know what I am having, the theme was onesies, the inviations were onesies, the favors were the onesie cookies and the centerpieces were 2 stuffed animals, one with a blue onesie and one with a pink onesie. I'll try to post some pics later. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Baby Shower Favor Ideas
I havent had my shower yet, but I saw this online and thought it was a cute idea. The M & M website has custom printed M&Ms. You can pick 2 colors and print a message on them. The only problem is, I dont think they are cheap.

I don't have any involvement but I think edible ones are the way to go!
We might do a few but one that we are doing for sure is making chocolate dipped pretzels and drizzling them with blue colored chocolate(because it's a boy). We will wrap them in blue cellophane.

For my shower they did bags of jelly belly jelly beans in cute cello bags with a custom label- the beans were shades of pink, white & green.

Re: Baby Shower Favor Ideas
For the placecard seating my mom is getting everyone a monogrammed makeup bag. This is a pic of something very similar - not the exact one.
Then for the actual favor it is a really pretty Lenox tray.
Also - each person will get one of these cookies - but in the shape of a rocking horse.
