Baby T has received his/her eviction notice
I went to the dr. for my weekly exam & was scheduled for a c-section. Due to the blood clotting disorder I have, the safest choice for my baby is a c-section...
11-12-09 it is... Please say a prayer for my baby and I. I have NEVER had surgery before and I am terrified at the thought of it.. I am a huge wuss!!
The only thing keeping me going is knowing that in less than 48 hours, I will have my baby in my arms..

just got the call... 7:30am on Thursday. I have to "report" to the hospital at 5:30 am... way to add insult to injury.. At least I can get it done nice & early. I really REALLY can not believe I am going to be a mommy in less than 48 hours

Best of luck!!!!
The c-section will be a piece of cake, please don't worry too much I was prepared for the worst and was actually pleasantly surprised. I still feel like I took the easy way out, as my recovery was wayyyy easier than some of my friends who had v-births.
Relax, take a deep breath, and enjoy that priceless moment when you hear your baby cry for the first time!!!

I have Antiphospholipid Syndrome. I take an aspirin daily. It usually isn't a big deal. A lot of the women in my family have it (genetically it typically runs in females). They've had VBs. The reason why I have to have a csection is because my due date is Sunday & the drs don't want me going to/beyond my due date because of the blood disorder. Usually women with APS are induced or are lucky and go early.
In my case, had my child cooperated & dropped like he/she is supposed to, I would have just been induced and had a VB. However, my child is truly a clone of my DH and is stubborn & thickheaded. So needless to say, he/she has NOT moved since 34wks- still really high- although head down  My dr thinks either I have a narrow pelvis and the baby won't fit or the cord is too short.
Good luck! I'm sure you'll have better luck than I. My husband calls me Newton- as in Newton's law  the last month of my pregnancy has been a total mess.. ahah
