Baby's Movements
I am currently 20w1d. I started feeling little thumps around 18 weeks or so and although it was not consistent I would think as time went by I would feel movements more and more well I hardly felt any for the past 4 days now (today is the 5th day and so far nothing). I am beginning to panic, should i call my OB or am I just overly concerned?
It's as if there is no life in me and it's really scaring me.
Is this normal?

Re: Baby's Movements
I asked my dr. the same question last week. I have been feeling the baby on and off since about 15 weeks. I can go a few days without feeling anything and then fell him non-stop for a day. The dr. said not to be concerned about this until after 24 weeks. He said at this point many things can affect you feeling movements, such as position of baby, amount of fluid, the level of your activity, etc.

Re: Baby's Movements
I didn't really feel any movement until around 22-23 weeks. It didn't become consistant until around 25 weeks. If you are worried though it never hurts to call your OB and see what they say.

Okay, that puts me at ease...thank you. I will call my OB on Tues. just to be sure and hopefully by then I will feel her.

Same here. If you are concerned, definitely call your OB
