Babysitter..How much
If you had a sitter (woman age 45) come over to watch your 5 and 7 yo on a Sat night for 3 hours, how much would you pay her?

for me ide pay maybe 12 an hour...is this a one time thing or a reg sitter. why not ask her what she charges?

She would be putting them to sleep. So, say 1/2 the time they'd be asleep.

My sitters are 18 & 19 but I pay them $10 per hour. I have a 10yr old and a 2 1/2 yr old.
They are now away at college and I am miserable and searching for a new sitter

We pay $15/hour for 2 kids. I know that we could pay less, but we are very comfortable with her and we want to make sure that she is always available for us 
That's a long way from my $2.50/hour!

I pay 10-11 an hour. Almost 99% of the time my almost 3 year old is sleeping and my 5 year old is awake.

We pay our sitter $10 an hour.
2 kids, 4 and 21 months.
They go to bed at 8PM.
Sitter is here from 6-9PM.
