No - he was referring to finding lasting love. His first wife left him, DeAnna didn't accept his proposal. He's hopeful the next time he falls in love it's forever.

Wow, I'm kinda suprised by this outcome...so liked Jason and was hoping he'd win....I'm all for him being the next Bachelor...he deserves a nice woman to fall in love with!!! But all and all you can't pick who someone should fall in love with, so if Deanna is truely in love with Jesse, may they be happy and I wish them all the best

I think Jesse looks so much better now and I am in shock, can't believe she picked him!!! She seemed wayy too high maintenance for him, either way, hope things work out for them. I wonder who is moving to whom?

She made a mistake. She kept Jason away from his son for 6 weeks so she could reject him? That is worse than what Brad did. I don't even care if she and Jesse stay together, and I think they won't.
She talked so bad about BRAD. She has been worse than Brad. NOW she can sympathize with Brad, after they bashed him this WHOLE SHOW?????

I don't think he would do it for this reason.
And does anyone know, does the child live with him or not? Is he a "single" dad or not? I got the impression the mom was totally out of the picture, but then he said Ty doesn't live with him all the time so what's the deal?

they look happy together and in love, I wish them luck...
as far as her being a bi atch for keeping Jason away from his son, he knew what the show was about when he signed up... I feel bad for him but thats life, you get your heart broken from time to time...

ITA. He knew what he was getting himself into. Just because he had a son doesn't make him getting his heart broken any more significant than anyone else that has on previous shows.
I like Jesse a lot, they seem very in love, and I'm happy for them. DeAnna is very annoying, IMO, so she's lucky to have him. He seems sweet, romantic, fun, adventureous and all the right kind of everything. I hope they are happy.  I totally think he deserved to get her. I think his falling in love with her was a much more natural progression than anyone else. He took the right road...friends first, then lovers. He's a great guy.
As for Jeremy showing up again! GEEZ DUDE! Holy stalker! Take no for an answer!!!

Jesse's nose just bothers me, its so odd!
Deanna and Jesse together acted as if they were in high school on the "after the final rose"....you just broke Jasons heart, how many times are you gonna kiss and say I love you.....
I think she made a HUGE mistake, because there was a lot of question with Jesse....I could also tell her family wasn't all that thrilled she picked him over Jason.
I love Jason, his heart was in the right place all along and he is way more mature than Jesse. Guess DeAnna was a b*tch after all and didn't deserve someone like him anyway.
I don't think DeAnna & Jesse will last anyway, I give them a year.
I don't know why I even bother watching this show anymore...

I had wanted her to pick Jason but knew as soon as she said "I have to tell someone I would have been perfect with that I love someone else" that she was picking Jesse.
I think they are cute (and annoying) together but I don't think he had the stability that she originally wanted. Perhaps she really did change her mind about what she wanted...I think Jason hit it on the head when he said that she wants this "alternative" lifestyle that Jesse can give her...
I think it would be fun for Jason to be the next Bachelor but he'd have to have his son with him or something.

LOVE Jesse, I'm happy she choose him. I saw their chemistry on the overnight date and it was much stonger than Jason.
Jason is awesome, but he was looking to fill a void and just wanted to be married again. Jesse is the real deal and they'll have all their firsts together- falling in love, getting married, having kids. I think they will be great together!
