Back and Better
DH and i took a month or so off from TTC..
and i must say it did WONDERS. It really gave me a moment to not feel stressed, not feel sad, not feel the anticipation...and it was great.
I highly recommend this to anyone that is starting to get down and depressed after trying for a while with no success....
So we are back and better....
DH said....it is time to turn on the super sperm

Just wanted to let people know who hadn't tried it
a break for a month, even when you really don't want to waste the month....really can do wonders on your psyche

I'm glad your break helped Jen.. I know firsthand how beneficial it can be. And my break helped SO much that 2 months later....
