Back from Jamaica!
We just got back from a week at Couples Negril, in Negril, Jamaica. We went to Couples Swept Away on our honeymoon and loved it so much we stayed with the chain this time.
I love the Couples resort chain. They run four all-inclusives in Jamaica, and I think they are very reasonably priced. As return guests our room was upgraded to ocean view from garden view, and we were given complimentary massages at the spa.
The resort in itself is relatively low-key, which I love. Walking along the beach we passed several other large chain resorts...Many with DJs blasting music...Couples had tons of activities going on, but it was quieter and more laid-back. The food was amazing, with several restaurants, one very fancy. Desserts were especially good.
The rate included snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and excursions. We took advantage of quite a bit, and I also took complimentary lessons in jewelry making and basket weaving! It was an amazing week and I think we are going to book for the same time next year. Any questions, FM me--I am a true Couples fan!
Note to anyone traveling to Jamaica: Last time we flew Air Jamaica and this time we flew American--American was better in every way...On time, more leg room, better food, did not forget to show movie...

So is that the drink we have to make when you come over for dinner and parties? I'll make sure we have all the ingredients for a daiquiri.

It's the atmosphere too. All my cares went away when we arrived in Jamaica! No work, no stress....Sooooo relaxing. You have to work on Phil for next year!

DH and I went to CN on our HM and cannot WAIT to go back. we talk about it all the time! your pics brought back wonderful memories. we LOVE Couples!
