Back From Ped. Dermatologist....
As you may remember, I posted last week about the ped. referring us to a ped. dermatologist for the hemangioma smack dab on the top of Taylors head.
Well, we were able to see Dr Hayman today, but we had to go to the New Hyde Park office instead of Commack which is closer. I have never seen an office so packed!
Without going into all the details, he determined that everything is ok and just wants us to see him in 2 months to recheck it.
I thank all of you for your support and reassurance........I honestly don't know what a new mom would do without all of you!!!

Hi, We go to Drs Hayman and Kristal too. Ava developed a Hemangioma at a few months old. She is almost 3. We go every six months to get it measured. It is losing color more and more.. They are great..Don't worry everything will be fine.

He was so nice, he is such a calming person...I think he could tell that I was panicky and he put us all at ease very quickly.
I would have hated to wait 2 1/2 months when we were in with him for about 10 minutes...what a relief
