Back in the hospital for early labor!
Just as easily as I was sent home on Tuesday, I was back in on Weds! I didn't have contractions all weekend, the Mgnesium levels were good, and the babies are big and strong 
Wednesday morning, I lost my mucous plug andd dialated another cm. No contractions or cramping or pain... I immediately call my Peri/OB office, and they start the monitoring process in labor and delivery at the hospital. Again, I am in the Antepartum unit on Magnesium, and if that fails to hold off the contractions, they could always try Procardia.
If not, my little girls will make their appearance whenever they very well please

Oh man!!! I am so sorry Michelle!!! I hope they are able to stay in for a couple more weeks!!! It seems like they really want to meet you guys

I am so sorry..hope they can hang out an cook a little longer. keeping you in my thoughts, that no matter what, everythign will turn out great! They just want to meet their momma!

Michelle! I can't even read that word magnesium! I hated it!! How many weeks are you again? I was on Procardia for a while and still had contractions but I was never really dialated.
Keep us posted! Thinking of ya and those girlies!

lowers BP/prevents high BP if you have pre-e, also used to treat contractions associated with pre-term labor. the side effects are terrible - weakness, tiredness, feeling flush and hot, very weak muscles, nausea, blurred vision, slurred speech..overall horrible feeling like you can't move or think or function...

Thanks everyone!
I'm off the magnesium sulfate! They took it off yesterday, and I'm a nervous wreck. I feel great, don't get me wrong. I'm just crapping my pants b/c now if I have contractions, it's birthday, no matter what!
They also put me on a low doseage of Heparin, since I'm in bed full-time. They'e afraid I'll develop blod clots, etc. Fun! 
I'm just relieved to be disconnected from the IV pole and to be able to take a full shower and wear my own clothes. Now, we just wait.
