DD is 18 months and i still get bad backaches after i do lifting or just things around the house. I never had this pre-baby ...backaches started during pregnancy. The doctor told me im to young for it to be from giving birth??? I had backlabor if this matters
Did anyone else have this? is there anything i can do ?

ugh you poor thing. I'm only about 3wks post-partum and still have terrible back pain from labor. I had back labor as well. I really hope it doesn't last forever

Re: back pain after labor?
that's me and it's been getting worse!
I had terrible back labor and then I started getting back spasms if I lyed on my stomach and then moved (which I NEVER had before). But lately it's been really bad. A week ago I did some light vacuming and a few hours later I could barely stand upright. It was so bad that I had to have my DH calling a RX for muscle relaxants....and even they barely worked.
I wish I knew how to get it to stop!

Re: back pain after labor?
After my back went out I was saying the same thing to my DH. My pregnancy was pretty painless with #1, but with my back now, I am DREADING IT!
I do plan to read up on how to handle backlabor, so I am prepared!!!!
