Back pain from sleeping
For the past 2 weeks, my lower back is in so much pain and aches to bad from laying down all night. I'm only 12 weeks! When I wake up, I have to curl up in a ball to stretch my back out before I get out of bed.
I'm scared for when the baby gets bigger and I get REALLY uncomfortable.

i've got the same problem. i twist my back both ways to crack it and it's like instant relief - i don't know what i'm going to do when my belly gets too big to do that!! i am going to buy a snoogle soon, i am hoping that helps.

I want to get a snoogle too, but I was thinking it is too soon. But, I'll take anything to help me out. I also crack my back and it feels so much better after I do! But then, the pain comes back after a while
