DH and I decided I should try to find someone else. Preferably in a practice, Western Nassau or NYC area

I am seeing Dr. Rosenfeld at the Center of Human Reproduction / North Shore University Hospital

This is our first IUI cycle and first time with an RE; we absolutely love him!! He was recommended by my GYN. He is straight forward and caring.
What I like about the clinic is that there are more than one doctor. Although I only see Dr. Rosenfeld right now.(He was involved in the IVF of the first child conceived through IVF in Long Island (1988) . He only does IUI's but if you need to do IVF there are other doctors is the practice that do them. As far as I have been told (and have read in posting here) they are great as well. The good thing about it (I think) is that if Dr. Rosenfeld goes on vacation or has a family emergency you won't loose your cycle or have to travel to another location if he is not there (which has not been a case at all so far), but another doctor will be able to assist. That fact is especially important to me when we are spending so much money on the IUI with injectables.

i'm having a good experience with RSoNY, which has an office in mineola.
the place runs like a machine (always on time), everyone has been nice, and they've squeezed me in on a moment's notice when i needed them. i've found them to be very thorough, warm, and professional.

I recommend this office too!!! Except I saw Dr. Hershlag. LOVED them

Absolutely. I have never met a more caring and compassionate doctor. He is amazing.
Dr.Braverman has his own practice so you see him every time. He performs everything .. the monitoring .. the IUIs.. etc. He's also VERY accessible. He responds to emails usually within the hour even! In fact, I recently emailed him about a non-emergency issue at 12:45am figuring I'd hear back in the morning but he responded within 3 minutes! 
I got pregnant through Dr.Braverman last spring, though unfortunately lost my son in the 2nd tri through a situation UNRELATED to the fertility treatments. In that time, he was the most caring doctor who emailed me to see how I was doing and even offered my DH and I his cell phone number and said we could call anytime! I did call him once while I was going through the loss and we had some medical related questions about my procedure.
He's absolutely a cut above and I recommend him to everyone!
