Back to the Plus size boots topic.
Why is it that I found Tall boots that would fit my fat calves but only come in a size 10....
Im a size 6!

Have you tried Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft or J Crew extended calf/wide calf boots? I have them and they fit great. In fact, I have one pair of boots from AT Loft that were actually loose and I wanted to buy skinny jeans and wear them tucked in since I had so much room but got pg and didn't think that would look pretty
I will say that the AT Loft boots seem to have more calf room than J Crew but both offer larger calf alternatives in sizes other than 10
