Back yard swing set
Do you have one for you DC? If so, what kind (have any pics?) and how old is your little one?
I never even thought about getting one until someone recently suggested it.
OOh and what is it on? As in grass, wood chips etc...

My paretns got my boys a set from Costco when they turned one.
They loved the swings last year and really started enjoying the slide in the spring when they were 18 months old. Now they are on it all the time and will be 2 in two weeks.
We just have it on the grass. I wanted to put sand or woodchips but I did not want to deal with the cats pooping in the sand and my dogs eat woodchips so that was out.

When ds was 2 I bought one from toys r us. It was wood, had 2 slides, a rope to climb up, a club house, and 3 swings. My ds and the neighborhood all loved it. However when I moved I couldn't take it so I do not have a swing set for my newest boys but I do plan on getting one. In the mean time my neighbor has one from cosco or bjs and it is also wood, with a slide,3swings,and a club house. They love it!!

We have this set

Right now it's on dirt 
When the landscaper put our sod down this year he put wood ties in a big square to fit the swing set and a crabbie sandbox with room to walk around and then filled it with dirt. We plan to fill it with rubber play mulch but haven't yet

We have the same one. Ours is just on grass. My DD isn't walking yet so right now we just use the infant swing and I am not too concerned about the ground under it yet.
