Bad head cold/sinus infection and stimming for ivf
I am so sick. I am miserable. My sinuses are killing me and I am so congested. Figures, I have not been sick in over a year! I know I cannot take anything for it but do you think it will effect my egg quality?

Not sure it will affect your egg quality. I don't think it will. Call your RE's office tomorrow, I think you may be able to take Tylenol or Sudafed. I was told during my last stim cycle, I could take Sudafed.

I don't think it would change the quality of your eggs... I know it takes like 12 weeks or so to do anything to a man's sperm, so I can't imagine an overnight change in your eggs, (but what do I know- lol) but I would call them (or ask them when you see them tomorrow- (and hopefully me!!!  ) GL!!!!!  Here's hoping we both see lots of follies tomorrow morning!!!

I was sick my first IVF and the RE said I could take something (even anti-biotics). But, I was too scared (and I guess stupid) so I suffered. Call them...find out what you can take.
