bad headaches

Any one else getting bad headaches lately? The past few days I have been getting bad pains in my head when I move, sit, stand..... but it's fine if I'm just sitting. Anyone else ever have this.. I'm not sure If I should call the OBGYN, if it's pregnancy related, or should I call General Dr.?
I'm also really congested with a bad sore throat... maybe it's just from that?

I'm not sure wht could be causing it. I can tell you that I was gettin headaches for about two weeks and I could feel a pain in the upper left side of my back - near my shoulder. Once I got a body pillow to sleep with it went away so I am thinking that it had to do with how I was sleeping at night. Maybe you could give that a try?

I had a bad headache on monday and it lasted untill tuesday afternoon.. One thing might be dehydration.. eventhough I drink ALOT of water they told me to drink EVEN more! They also told me to Eat small meals through out the day... And lie with a cold towel over my head and under rmy neck..

I've been getting them as well. My doctor thinks it's most likely attributed to hormones. However, she did tell me to drink more water and cut down on the amount of carbs (bagels, bread, pasta) because that may have been contributing to it. I also have a history of migraines so she wants me to see a specialist to rule anything else out.

I hope this goes away if not by tomorrow... I will have to go see someone becouse then will be 4 - 5 days straight with this headache
