Bad pain on left side, (Ectopic pregnancy? Kidney stones?)
I have had a crazy cycle this month. I started spotting on Jan1st. I spotted for 8 days and then finally got what I guess was AF. I had no cramps, which has never happened before. AF lasted for another 8 days. Two days after AF ended I start having ovulation pains and CM. That lasted for about 3 days.
About 10 days later I had more pain by my ovary and noticed a small amount of brown spotting, only when I wiped.
Yesterday, I woke up and started to have a horrible pain in my left side. It was nothing like OV pain, it was really bad. It lasted about 20 minutes and went away. I had to pee after the episode and that is when I noticed small black specs on the toilet paper. I also noticed a little spotting/discharge. It wasn't gass, it was a different kind of pain. Like someone was stabbing me in the side.
Ok, so now I'm so confused! I have not taken a HPT yet, because I really don't think I'm PG. Though DH and I did have a oops this month. I'm very tired lately and a little sensitive to some smells, but it feels nothing like it did when I was PG with my DS. I new I was PG with DS, I had tons of symptoms. Now I'm worried it could be a cyst, or an ectopic pregnancy. Or possibly kidney stones. I have an appt with the doctor on Monday, but I thought I would ask on here to see what everyone thought.

Can it be a kidney stone maybe?
That stabbing pain in the side sounds like the pain I had with kidney stones...

Gallstone pain normally presents on the upper right-hand side of the abdomen, not that it can't on the left. I would take an HPT and try to get into to see your doc or go to urgecare before Monday.

I actually meant to write kidney stones.
Well, I don't have the pain anymore, so I figured I would call the doctor if it came back before Monday. I guess I should take a HPT.

That is what I was thinking. The only thing is people I have known people with Kidney Stones where in pain a long time, before passing one. I only had pain for 20 minutes.
