In due time. No pun intended.

Bad, pukie morning

So much for the old "it gets better right around 11 weeks." Today I welcomed in 11 weeks by vomiting up water--the one thing I have been able to keep down no matter what--until now!!!!!!

TMI--but it was still ice cold on the way back up and that felt gross!!!!!

My stomach was heaving very violently and my dog was looking at me funny, but sort of with concern.

Since then I have only had toast. There is a Ralph's Ices near my job. Is it true that ices are often easy to keep down? I would like some hydration but no more barfies.

Im 32 weeks and I still throw up water a lot. Could never keep it down.

Ices do help they say. And yes its counted as fluid intake. Also fruits like Watermelon.

I couldnt drink water for a long time... I found seltzer worked best for me (the carbonation)... try that! Good luck!!

Water is VERY harsh on your stomach. It doesn't surprise me that it would make you pukie, it always came up (and still does) for me.

There are other ways to stay hydrated. They have a lot of sugar, but gatorade is really a lifesaver, it stays down and has electrolytes as well. Good luckChat Icon

Hope it ends soon.Chat Icon
