Bad report from my 33 week appointment - Update #1
I am officially on bedrest. My blood pressure on Monday was 130/70 which was slightly elevated. So, my midwife had me go back today for a recheck. And it's up to 160/70.
So, I have to do a 24 urine test (pee in a cup for 24 hours) with bloodwork. And until further notice, or permanently, I am not allowed to return to work.
My midwife is leaning toward diagnosing me with pre-eclempsia. 
My life has just suddenly become very boring!

5/19/08:
So yesterday before my baby shower, I stopped at my midwifes office for a BP recheck. 157/70. So, still on bedrest. We get some test results back on Wednesday. Based off those results will determine if I need to go to the hospital for some testing.
At this point I either have pre-eclempsia or just hyper tension. We are rooting for hyper tension!!! Fingers crossed please!!

I'm sorry. 
I had something similar- I don't recall the numbers, but I had HBP starting during my 33rd week and had to stop working. Did the 24 hour pee test twice, and had non-stress tests every week. At 39 weeks I was induced and DD was perfect! Hope everything goes well for you!

AHHHHHHH Jess, I had to do a double take when I saw it was you posting!!!
Get lots of rest, before you know it your little man will be here! I'm sure it's easier said than done, but try to enjoy relaxing at home, you work sooo hard! I hope your bp returns to normal now that you are going to be home and that these next few weeks pass quickly and smoothly.

aw man jess.. i didnt get a text from you, so i thought no news was good news and now i see this. Ugh... i hope you are ok.. you can now sit home with me online! As if we didnt do that working anyways..  I hope you feel better!

Sorry I didn't text. Had to make a lot of phone calls regarding work to sort some things out since the bedrest was so abrupt. I'm sure I'll talk to you later!!!

It's possible. They are going to monitor me, and wait for some more test results to come back before making any decisions.
