Bakerella's Cake Balls
I am making Bakerellas Cake Balls this weekend and I wanted to know if anyone had any advice/tips for making these.
The recipe seems very easy but I know that once you get going there are always some minor tweeks that can be made.

Re: Bakerella's Cake Balls
I use a little less frosting than she recommends. But other than that, it's pretty easy. And it's actually kinda fun smashing up a cake. lol! Enjoy!

Did you use the ziploc baggie method to smash and add the frosting or did you use a stand mixer?
I was thinking of crumbling the cake in my stand mixer bowl and then adding the frosting that way.

i put the cake pieces in a large bowl and added the frosing. i mixed it all with a big wooden spoon. it was fast and easy.

I used my hands! I just threw it in a big bowl and mashed it up with my hands! It worked! lol!

I didn't freeze them, but I did keep them in the refrigerator over night before I dipped them.

Definitely in the fridge. They are kind of a pain to dip, I can never get them perfectly round like she can!
