Bakers! Please recommend your cookie sheets.
I burned a whole batch of cookies today because of a crappy cookie sheet. I looked on the William Sonoma website and there are so many bad reviews for their cookie sheets!
Please share what kind you have that you love. Thanks!

I use the air bake ones (not sure if that's the name or them exactly but they are the two layer ones).

Re: Bakers! Please recommend your cookie sheets.
I bought the ones at williams sonoma outlet last year. I also swear by parchment paper and will now always bake with it.

I bought the slipat sheets from bed bath and beyond and just use those on top of the cookie trays every time. I never burn cookies anymore

I agree with the silpat. I use cheap baking sheets and the cookies still come out great!

Re: Bakers! Please recommend your cookie sheets.
I have two of the Williams Sonoma traditional finish jelly roll pans that I use for all my baking. I have no problem with them - they are heavy but I like the stability of them. Cookies bake evenly and so do my cream puffs. I do use silpats with them and use them only for baking.

I always use parchment paper whenever I bake and I never burn anything. Another perk to parchment paper is that nothing sticks to it!

Have no idea what cookie sheets I have. Probably cheap ones. I used to use the silpat on them, but now only use parchment paper and it works every time.

Whatever kind I use I use a Silpat on top. I like Calphalon and Wilton jelly roll pans the best.

I have cheap ones that I probably got at Target. Parchment paper is my hero!
