Recommend your cookie sheet

Do yours always get destroyed after a year or two?

I always seem to roast something and burn it and then stain or mark up my baking sheets.

Do you have a brand that has lasted a long time? Need new ones for holiday cookie making.

Re: Recommend your cookie sheet

calphalon air bake cookie sheets are the best!!
(for making cookies, I don't use them for other things really)

They are non stick and SO easy to clean. everything comes right off of them. Just don't submerge them in water.

I have had mine for years and they are still great (although I only bake cookies a few times a year)

Wearever Jellyroll pans. Don't know if they still have them, but I got a pack of 3 of them at Costco a few years ago for under $20.

Re: Recommend your cookie sheet

I like the ones with the air in them, air bake?

But I use my silpat or parchment paper when I have it so the cookies don't stick Chat Icon
