Balloon Centerpieces
I want to do ballon centerpieces for Rylan party. Originally I was going to get them from Party City but want to find a place that will deliver instead. Somewhere reasonably priced since there might be 15 tables. The hall only gives me an hour to set up and I don't think i'll have time to do them myself.
Can anyone recommend a place? The hall is in Ronkonkoma.
Also...does anyone have pictures of their own balloon centerpieces?

Re: Balloon Centerpieces
We did balloon ceterpieces by ourselves. They didn't take much and had a family member pick them up for us. Cost a fraction of the price. We went to the local dollar store and them made them up for us. Just an idea. Sorry no picutres downloaded on the computer.

That's what I planned on doing but we have sooo many tables I don't know how we'll get them all to the hall and have everything done in time. We only get an hour to set up. We might have 15 tables...that a LOT of balloons...lol.

Re: Balloon Centerpieces
I didn't do crazy ones, but I did have balloon CP for DS's 1st and 2nd bday. His 1st bday was a monley theme and I had banana holders with bananas and a few balloons on each table. His 2nd bday was a pirate theme and I did just balloons.

Love the banana idea!!!! I can't think of anything to put at the bottom for a Moose and Zee theme. I love the pirate balloons too. So I see you put 3 on each table...I was wondering how many should go on each. Thanks so much!!

Re: Balloon Centerpieces
When we had my mom's 50th birthday at a VWF we had 14 tables plus the food buffet tables and dessert table. We ended up buying balloons and helium tanks and did it there. It took less than an hour but we had 2 people working on it non-stop. We did like 5-6 balloons at each table so there were A LOT of balloons! Would have been way too many to pick up.

I would just do a blue or yellow weighted thing and confetti on the tables (if the hall allows it)

How many tanks did you have to buy? The one I saw in Party City only did 30 balloons and was like $30.

FYI Michael's has the tanks and you can use the printable coupons on their site for 40% off and they take AC Moore coupons too. I think they were $25 before the coupon, I can't remember.

Hey, I bought the 30 helium tank at Michaels for $25 with 40% off coupon so I got it for $15 but I might return it because BJ's has the 50 helium tank for $21.99!
We are probably just going to do something like this with the bag and then just pink & purple balloons with a happy 1st mylar one in the bunch.
Maybe i'll end up getting them from BJ's if it will end up being cheaper than having them delivered. Thanks!!
