I use my banana bread recipe and put it in a mini muffin tin! IT's great for snacking or when we're out and about

Go onto foodnetwork.com
Type in Banana Muffins. I use Giada's recipe - with marscapone cheese icing. DELISH!!!!!! He loves them!

I looked at that one, looks soo good! Is it more of a cupcake though, than a muffin?
