Bar Mitzvah Dress? What would you wear?
My nephew is making his Bar Mitzvah in a few weeks.
The reception is in the afternoon, at a place where they hold weddings in CT, immediately following the service.
What would you wear?
I haven't been to a Bar Mitzvah since I was 13, so I have no idea! Thank you!
Do you think one of these would work? All are from Nordstrom...

Aw, congrats! 
I think I would wear something you would to the office and just jazz it up a bit: an office appropriate dress with nice jewelry, a beautiful suite, etc.

I'd probably wear the same thing I'd wear to a daytime wedding. A less formal cocktail dress.

BUMP... I added a few choices. I am trying to get away with something I can also wear to the office or to my family's house on Thanksgiving, etc...

Love them! The first one and the last one would be my picks- then you can wear them for work, too!
ETA: The third one is gorgeous, too, but it's a little bit fancier.

I've been to both- one was held in a restaurant and was a little more casual, the other one was at a reception hall and I definitely would've worn the 3rd dress then. It really depends on how formal it is.
