They are both really good and similar but I prefer the St. Tropez.

The application is not the project - washing your hands off after is! Someone suggested using rubber gloves to apply it but I just cant get into that. Make sure you wash your hands immediately after and expect to have to lather up a few times.

the new bare escentuals comes with a brush, so you don't get the tan on your hands. well not as much anyway

i just tried looking for it and can't find it anywhere. the faux tan kit i bought last summer on QVC came with an applicator brush, so you don't get as much on your hands. i guess they don't make it anymore.
