We used
http://www.homehealthyhomes.com/
If you call this company now do not use them until we have a dry spell. We received a quote from them after a northeastern but did not make a decision right away. They called us during a dry spell and lowered the price.

Thank you everyone  my father in law hired Home Healthy Homes.. He knows them from a previous job and I was not aware. My father in law is a contractor.
