bathroom renovation is 90% finished w/pics
90% finished is a big deal in my house since we DIY everything and DH usually looses steam at about 80% :)
This is the third and final bathroom reno in our house. Its on the main floor and used by all of guests.
Floor from Exquisite Surfaces
Shelves that still need another coat of paint
Carrera marble from World Tile
Custom Vanity with carrera top
Newport Brass Polished Nickel Faucet
I'm not happy with this mirror or light so I'm still searching for something better

Beautiful! It's very clean and modern looking, but has a very luxurious feel. It's spa-like. I really love the grey tones against the white.

These pictures make me so excited!!!! I love it! here did you get the mirror? Is it from pottery barn? why are you returning it? We were also planning on a pivot mirror, so i was wondering why you do not like it?

Thank you! I got the mirror at home depot and although I love pivot mirrors I don't like the way this one attaches to the mirror, it looks cheesy in person.
As for the light I went with the only polished nickle light they have at home depot because it was inexpensive and I want to get a new mirror before i decide on a light. We were having company so I had to just get something for now. Polished nickle is a tricky finish to find a lot of choices in lighting.

My DH is in the field so he gets huge discounts on the materials. We did all of the labor except for the demo ($250) and the tile install ($900) my DH built the vanity because I couldn't find anything I loved($400)
The total cost for all rough materials, tile/marble, faucets, tub, toilet, sink, new window, marble top, moulding, new baseboard was around $4200
