I know the feeling. Most of the time I will hold it in! Luckily I am in my own office with a bathroom but still, you never know whom is going to come into the room!!!

Someone at my job does that too... often!
We have an isolated bathroom downstairs that no one uses unless... 
There are two separate bathrooms on two sides of the building I work in. we laugh over here because peeps from the other side come over here and we know its only to poop!

Or when the hand dryer goes on, thats the time to poop it out!!

no hand dryer unfortunately
and if it smells, it can only be pretty much 1 of 3-4 people so if you walk into a smelly bathroom that is occupied by someone, and you go back to your desk before them, the girl that is missing from her desk smelt it up!
thats why i go alone then RUN back to my desk.
omg im like a child! im so immature!

Yeah, I won't go if someone walks in.
How about those times when NO ONE is in there, THEN you go...and someone walks in! OMG. Terrible. Usually I don't ever go at work unless I'm sick or it's just before my period. For some reason, AF (pre AF) gives me the poops...badly!

Don't you hate when you're waiting it out and you hear somebody break open their make-up case. They know you're sitting there - reapply at you desk!!

Or when they wash their hands and head for the door, only to stop and check themselves in the mirror. It's like "Psych - you thought I was leaving, but hah! I'm not! "
Or when the other person goes to leave, and then they strike up a conversation with someone who just walked in. I don't care if someone can't open a file, or just got an email, or so-and-so's daughter just lost her first tooth. This can be discussed outsided of the bathroom!
