Bathroom with doggy dormer?
I know this has been asked before but hoping someone might have done this recently. Has anyone put in a bathroom in their second floor cape with a doggy dormer in the back just for the bathroom? Can't get any contractors to come for a quote over 6 months now. They all want to do a full dormer.

of course they want to do a full dormer, it's more money. If you do have the $$, a full dormer makes a HUGE difference (we have a full rear dormer, though we didn't do it, it was already there). I'm SHOCKED they won't come out for 6 months, we've NEVER had an issue getting someone in that delayed, usually they wanted to come in within the week.
