bathtub question
im redoinga bathroom and was considering NOT going with a cast iron..i heard american standard was a good brand..does anyone know about this brand and like it?
or is there something else you can suggest? TIA!

We just renovated our bathroom and also decided not to go with cast iron. We went with a Kohler but I think American Standard is a good brand as well.

We went with Kohler and did not go with cast iron. Our plumber gave a thumbs up to Kohler, American Standard and Sterling - there were a few others too but I don't recall offhand what they were.

We have an American Standard tub in our new bathroom - no issues here! The cast iron one was a PITA to remove and very heavy!!

maybe this is an option...
we redid our bathroom and left in the orig. cast iron tub, just had it reglazed.
