Bay Window- Decor Question
I have a bay window with grommet panel curtains. I open them slightly during the day, close them fully at night.
Does anyone still decorate the bay windowsill or is that 'old fashioned'? I'm debating this for like a week  The decor would be so that people would see it from the outside.

Hey Lisa,
I have 2 big apothecary jars filled with the BEST potpourri!!!!! All purchased from home goods.
I say BEST because during the day, when the sun hits it, it "heats" the potpourri (which is so pretty too) and the whole house smells so delish.
I also made a flower "ball" which hangs in the center of the 2 center windows and also have 2 iron candle holders on the ends.
Looks pretty from the inside and out.
Come over one day and check it out! LOL!
I wanna see some new house pics!

i'm glad you asked about decor for a bay window because me & my husband have been disagreeing over it since we moved in.
I want to put curtains around it & he is absolutely against it. I said we can compromise & i'll just put a valance but he's still not loving that idea.
So any pictures or advice would be helpful

We have wood blinds but no drapes. I have a large sailboat that looks nice from outside and inside and when the blinds are open still provides a bit of privacy.
