BBB Registry Question

I got a blender off my registry for my shower last year. And it just stopped working on me, and I have only been using it for about two weeks. It was purchased probably at least a year ago. But does anyone know if they will take it back w/o the box since it was purchased off a registry. I just want one that works!!

Re: BBB Registry Question

Yup - bring it back. If they don't have the same one, you can pick out a different one and exchange it.

Re: BBB Registry Question

Just to share how awesome they are - I had a kitchen cart on my registry...it was price-killed to $99 at the Huntington store to get it off the floor. Huntington had none left when I went to buy it, so I had to get it on BBB.com or the Beyond Store (when they order it in the store, and ship it to you).

The online and Beyond store price was NOT price-killed - it was the full $199.99. The manager in Huntington ordered it for me, overrode the price to the $99.99, and THEN took a 20% coupon!

I had a $100 gc from my shower, so things worked out well.

I ordered it on Sunday, and 10 MINUTES AGO, I got an email that my item shipped, with the UPS tracking #. I tracked the package, and the cart is ON THE TRUCK on its way to my house right now.

How's that for service?!? Chat Icon

Thanks for the responses ladies, I went today and they took it back and gave me a credit. I got to use a coupon on the new one, and now, I get to make my smoothies for breakfast.....

I have this too, it's great!

I'm in teh same situation, a lot of the gifts I got at my shower are still in their boxes so I'm hoping everything works fine when we get into our new house.
