BD and smiley question
ok so if i got my positive opk last night then my prime day to BD was last night and tonight right?
should i have BD the night before my positive opk?
I am new at the opk thing. I didnt use them for my DD.
Any help is appreciated thanks all

You should start BD'ing (if following Deanna's plan) on CD8 and then start the OPK on CD10. Keep BDing every other day and then when you get the  BD that night, the next night... skip a day and then once more...
if you never get a smiley, continue BD'ing every other night until CD21...

You're fine!
You won't always know when it's the day before the +OPK so I wouldn't worry about that one.
Make sure you BD the night of the +OPK and the next 3 nights and you should be all set!
