BD/OPK question
Do you wait util you get your +OPK before BD? We've been starting on CD8, CD9 and do every other day until +OPK. I'm thinking about waiting and starting on CD14. Is this is a bad idea?

I wouldn't wait too long in between BDing. I am of the school of thinking that you want to keep "the swimmers" regenerating and fresh. Although we don't work on a *schedule* until +OPK, we try for every 2-3 days before then.
