Be careful this morning- Ice!
I hear it's really bad out.
JFK is closed until at least 1130 am- a Delta plane skidded off the runway.
They are closing sections of some roads due to ice.
Tons of accidents.
Even walking out to get the paper this morning was horrendous. Very slippery.
Be careful walking and driving.
It's supposed to get better later as the temps warm up.

I second the warning! We went out to walk to church this morning and everything is a sheet of ice.....I feel down our outside steps and the kids slipped over the sidewalks the whole way. Others reported the roads to be slick too.. It should improve later as it warms up, but be very careful!!!

Yes, when I let my dogs out this morning they both wiped out. Did not expect it at all.

there was an 11 car pile up on the staten island expressway. I'm rearranging the cabinets and doing some cleaning. not putting my foot out the door. can't wait to go to work tomorrow. been inside since Friday. got excited to go to the store yesterday to see people

Be careful this morning- Ice!
This morning walking to the car DD (2.5) said "Mommy ice skating is fun!" as she was slipping and sliding and I was holding on to her for dear life.
STAY INSIDE!

I agree. I walked my dog on the snow. it was very slippery. my neighbor walked with his dog and ice melt. i have been using ice melt on my stairs, but when i come back out it is sheet of ice again.

I went food shopping this morning. Roads are slick and the rain/mist is freezing.
Salt trucks and plows are out in Queens.

I was out at the grocery store this morning. It is less than a mile from my house. Two people almost hit me in the parking lot and as I was going down a small hill my car skidded and almost hit someone else. By the time I made it home I was shaking. It is so icy outside. Please be careful.
