We have always followed his cues as far as bedtime. When my son was that age, I had just gone back to work a couple weeks prior, and he was coming to daycare with me, so he was going to bed between 9 and 9:30 (as opposed to 11:30/12:30, which he had been doing).

My 3 month old is going to bed around 8-8:30. I think she'd actually go down an hour earlier, but my older two go around 7:30-8, and I have to wait until we are done with them to get the little one to bed.

DD was going to bed btw 8-9 at that point. I spent a lot of time chipping away at her bedtime. At 6 months, it's 7:30.
