bedding idea... need opinions
okay so we're in the process of putting together the guest room so just pretend you don't see the mess!  The bedroom color is blue and the headboard is espresso.
Do you think this bedding would look good? Don't be afraid to be honest. I like honest! 
*we won't be monogramming it! And the other furniture you see in the room won't be staying either.

I don't get it. what do you mean?
You said you're not doing the monogram on the bed set, so that takes away the brown acceents from the bedding, so it would look completely white without much color except the stripes on the sheet.
IMO, I like a little white mixed with some color.

Something like this would look nice. It combines the chocolate color of the bed and the blue of the walls.

i like the bedding... i'd add some color with decorative accents... flowers, prints on the wall, etc. maybe a cocoa color or sage as accents

I like what you picked out. Also check the bedding at Restoration Hardware. Most of their collections come in a light blue that I think would look nice - like this one (but this is eucalyptus, not blue)

I dunno... personally I wouldn't.... but you're asking a person who has literally NO photos on display, and nothing monogramed at home....
just a few tailored, not too frilly, beaded baby blue pillows would be ornate enough for my tastes

If you like it and you are happy, then great! Personally, the white is too boring to me without something extra. I hope you find something you like.
